If tax exempt, a photocopy of your state tax exempt letter, not federal ID number, must be submitted to Daniel or Tara Vickers before the candle order can be placed. Tax numbers alone will not be accepted. Your order will be shipped once the tax exempt letter has been approved.
Non tax exempt groups are taxed on the published retail prices. Tax is determined upon the shipping address.
Your discounted product costs: 10oz Jar Candles $5.25. You select your selling price of each candle. Example: Sell the candles for $8.00 each for a profit of $2.75 per candle or sell the candles for $9.00 each for a profit of $3.75 per candle.
All customer checks must be made payable to your organization, NOT to Home & Garden Party or Daniel Vickers.
Once you are ready to close your fundraiser, fill in your master order form with the total amount of each candle scent sold. Contact us for your grand total. You pay us directly the cost for each candle and keep your profit immediately. Payment can be made in the form of a business/school check or postal money order payable to Daniel Vickers. If necessary, we can also accept debit/credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Please note that all check's must clear prior to the order being placed. Candles will be delivered to the address listed above approximately 2 weeks from the date your payment is received, check has cleared and tax exempt letter is approved. A minimum order of 20 products is required.
Organization will be responsible for the accuracy of the total amount of items sold and ordered. If fundraiser is cancelled organization agrees to return brochures promptly, in good condition, and to pay all postal charges.
